Roll out sugar cookie dough. You can make it or buy it at the store. Top with marshmallows, caramel sauce, and chocolate chips. Loosely follow directions on the sugar cookie recipe, but be ready to bake this giant cookie longer, as the middle will take a while. Remove from oven and cut slices like a pizza!

Warning - this is delicious, but if you eat too much of it, you WILL get a stomach ache. Trust me on this one.

At my house, The Bachelorette is an event. An event that deserve good friends, cheese, crackers, cookies and wine. When complete strangers’ love is on the line, it’s the only way to go. 

This is something my aunt made years ago - still in great condition. Kind of random for this blog, but pretty cool!

If you want something delicious and quick, you must try this! Take pita or a tortilla and heat. Top with avocado, hummus, turkey or chicken slices, sliced tomato, lettuce, and feta cheese (optional). Wrap like a burrito, and enjoy! 

My friend, Mark, was quite frustrated by my blog because I post about food but don’t typically include recipes. So, Mark, I promise to post recipes from now on (as long as it’s something I made). Here’s an example:

This is SO delicious, as long as you like veggies. Saute veggies - zucchini and mushrooms work well - and add garlic. Boil orzo (white or whole wheat). When the orzo is fully cooked, drain water and add the mushrooms. Feel free to add butter, olive oil, or black truffle oil (so good!). Add salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese if desired.

Here’s another version with whole wheat orzo, grilled chicken, tomato, spinach, and zucchini.
